Refund & Return Policy


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

While we carefully package all orders, JoyWix is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation, and may require photo evidence of the item and packaging.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection, within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
